To initiate a maintenance request, users simply select the specific vehicle requiring attention directly from the map. The app then automatically dispatches a service request to an on-call Turbo technician, ensuring prompt attention. Additionally, the platform allows users to choose from a list of common repair issues associated with the selected vehicle before receiving further assistance from Turbo’s service team.
